My Bluetooth connection from my Edge 1040 was working fine. Then it stopped. I called support and they had me remove the Edge from my Samsung Bluetooth connection. I removed it from the Garmin. We thought is was working but it was not. I spent over an hour removing and reconnecting both devices with no luck. Twice I got the screen on the Garmin "Finish setup wizard in the mobile app" . I had finished the setup in the app and it sync'd both devices BUT I could not get the scree to go away on the Garmin. On time during the process I got "Phone Setup Compete with a big check mark in the middle. No mater where I tried to touch on the screen I could not get the screen to go away. Both instances I had to shut down the phone and turn it back on and the BT did not work.
Any ideas how I can get this fixed. Both the phone and Garmin are up to date.
