Edge 1040 Body battery feature problem

Hello. I have an Edge 1040 device and also an Enduro 2 wristwatch. I take off my Enduro 2 wristwatch while cycling and use the 1040 device for tracking my rides. However, when all the data is being synchronized, the body battery feature doesn't sync. Is there any way to make this happen?

    I think You have to turn on Physio TrueUP option on both devicesif you havent done that already.

    there is no option like Physio TrueUP on my devices or I can not find it. There wasn't ant Physio TrueUP on the  device settings menu  Disappointed

    Here is what Garmin has to say about the compatible metrics in the Physio TrueUp feature.

    • VO2 Max
    • FTP and Power Zone.
    • Training Load Focus
    • Heat & Altitude Acclimation
    • Race Predictor
    • Last Activity/Sport Widget
    • Last Run/Ride/Swim Widgets
    • Weekly and Monthly Totals
    • Training Load
    • Recovery Time
    • Sleep (Both devices must support ‘Sleep Score’ and ‘Insights’ OR compatible with Sleep True Up)

    Note: Users complaining they can’t sync the ‘Body Battery’ metric between Garmin devices, should know that it is yet not part of the official list.

    Thank you for your respond. In my opinion it's really interesting not to effect to body battery feature after all of these sync data. For example after my indoor cycling activity (I use Zwift app) it affects the body battery level but from edge it does not. Slight smile

    I can't understand this decision. This is what any company thrives for: integration; ecosystem, keep the client within their own garden wall. Garmin has that possibility and what does it do with it? Throws it in the bin. I was about to buy the new garmin venu 3 (and ditch a fitbit watch that I currently use) because of the body battery and the fact that i also have a garmin gps and I was looking for integration. Now I see that body battery does not sync. My interest in the venu 3 just went down the toilet.

    This is one of the worst business decisions I can think of.
