What does this message mean

Every 10 km I got this message.

Aangepast = Adjust

Does anybody know what this means?

and how can I get ride off it?

It looks like a custom based distance alert.

System -> Activity Profiles -> name of profile you were using -> Alerts and Prompts

See what Alerts you have enabled.
