Vector 3 drop outs with 1040 on 17.29

Since upgrading to 17.29, the vector 3 connects and disconnects regularly. I'm on the latest vector battery covers and single battery in each.

Worked perfectly in previous versions

    Can you try fully powering off the edge 1040 (not going into sleep, but power off) and restarting before each ride, to see if you still get the dropouts?  That "fixed" it for me.  Just curious if we have the same bug, or if it affects different setups differently.
