Starting with one of the more recent 17.xx (I'm in the Beta program) versions, it could be 17.25 or 17.28 - not sure -, my Edge 1040 (non-solar) always crashes when charging it. I put it to hibernate mode, attach it to a USB cable connected to a power adapter, it starts to load and after several percent, the unit turns off. When I re-attach it to the cable, it restarts and goes into the main screen. There it shows "external power connection" and charges flawlessly while being turned on.
Anyone else having this problem?
