Trainer Screen / Segment Screen doesn't go away

I once paired my indoor trainer to the Edge (Wahoo Kickr) but have disabled it under Sensors. I then deleted the Sensor a few days later. However, under the swipe down screens there is still a Indoor Trainer control screen available, which doesn't go away. Same for the Segments Screen, it tells me to connect to Strava, but I don't use this.

Any ideas how to mitigate this?

From memory (not going to the garage, getting the 1040 and looking) , in the first swipe down screen select Settings > System > Widgets which will bring up a list of your installed widgets, you can swipe left on each line which exposes a trash can, select this to remove that widget from the widget loop, same for any others, the first one (Settings etc) can not be removed. You can reinstall them or others with the + in that screen.
