Battery Life Issue not yet fixed in release 17.26.

Also seeing this issue right after upgrading.

Report 16h on 98%. But an even bigger problem is that the battery was discharged from 70% to 0 in 5 hours at maximum brightness. I bought the device a week ago and thinking of returning it.

Thanks for the answers. Today, in cloudy weather for 5 hours on automatic brightness, the consumption was 7%. Very pleased.

That’s encouraging.. what battery life expectation did you have at the beginning at 100%?

Only that there wouldn't be an issue for recording a 600+km weekend on a single charge.

I am not seeing any difference in actual battery use than before. As other have said it appears to be an error in what is shown. I certainly don’t think it’s worth the panic to go back to an earlier version.
