Strava Live Segments don’t show up

Hi all,

I recently purchased the 1040 Solar and I have to admit that it’s not going great from a software standpoint.
The most annoying issue is that the Strava Live Segment just doesn’t work. If I open the Segment Explorer, I see the spinning wheel going forever and nothing happens. What should I do?

Same for me. What I do is to open the app and the segment explore until it loads the segments. After a while, it usually doesn't work anymore. I see that many people have the same problem with the beta…

I would suggest uninstalling the Garmin Connect Mobile app from your phone and then re-install it and pairing with the Edge again.

Thanks for the quick reply. Do I have to reinstall all the settings in the device too or just re-pairing the phone?

On the Edge just say forget phone and then re-pair it to the phone.

j'ai biens appliqué la méthode déconnexion reconnexion cela à bien fonctionné 1heures puis plus possible de se connecter aux segments strava
