Serious update problems with maps.

I am in the beta program and followed the instructions given here:

Deleted the actual maps. Tried to re-install the Europe map. Everything it went after a certain time into failure. Garmin server disconnected...

Now I have a new 1040 Solar without any map on it and actually no idea how to get the maps back.

Any help appreciated.

You can try to download the maps on the site of Openfiesmap

After six hours I managed to install at least the smallest map of Central Europe.

I will give it a try.

You might want to post this question in the beta forum if you haven't already. You're more likely to get a response from those running v17 than v16.30.
