South America Cycle Map is not available for download for my 1040 Solar

I reset my 1040 Solar and now I'm trying to install the Maps using Garmin Express.

I live in Brazil and I looked for South America Cycle Map, but it is not available. Only the rest of the world.

Is Anyone aware about any restriction? Or is it something that happen after the latest firmware (17.xx)?

I always had this option before, at my Garmin Express.

This is what I have on my Garmin Express. No option for Routable Cycle Map of South America.

If I try to change the North America Region, I got Canda/Alaska, Middle America (with is the Central America), but no South.

I tried two computer (Mac mini and MacBook Pro), didn't scroll. I'll try a Windows.

For me it is the last item in the list below Middle East & Central Asia.

I am using Windows.

Same here.
It might be a UI problem. It could be hidden below the North American map but it is not possible to scroll down (or enlarge the window size).

I spoke with Garmin on this topic today. This is a known issue on the current Mac version of Garmin Express and they are working on a fix. For the Edge products the only short term options are to gain access to a Windows machine or a Windows VM on the Mac.

Just an observation about this issue.
The issue not only occurs for South America, but for North America also.

Due to the new firmware 17.26 when it says it's required to reinstall the maps to get the new feature "Added support for viewing and riding ClimbPro climbs without navigating", I uninstalled North America maps and South America maps.

When trying to reinstall it, both don't show up in the "Manage Map" screen, only the others from around the world.

If this is a known issue on Mac, hope Garmin solves this issue very soon!

(Luckily I always take a full backup from entire device and I could recover the maps in my Mac by manually copying old map files and asking Garmin Express to update it.)
