How can I extract the stamina fields?

How can I extract the stamina and stamina potential fields? Trends of these values appear on the Garmin Connect activity page. However, when I pass the FIT file through the FitToCSV-record batch file, I can't find these fields in the CSV.

What version of the FITSDK are you using?

It is currently not being decoded using 21.105.00. I have asked Garmin if they are looking to add the decoding.
