Cannot sign up for public beta program

I'm already enrolled in the public beta on my watch, however when I try to do the same for my Edge 1040 I get a 'Something went wrong' error when I click 'Accept'. The Fenix forums have specific threads for this issue (sounds like some sort of backend problem on Garmin's side), but I didn't see anything for the Edge 1040.

  • You should be able to enroll your 1040 now. We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a manual fix that is currently required to free up enrollment and resolve this error, and we are working…
