I received a new E1040 yesterday.
Installed and updated all software and got cycling. All worked fine.
Back home I reconnected to update the maps, North America and Europe should take 6 hours or so.
Started and updated, and it failed.
Did it again, the same happened.
Then a Third time I did it again and then the update hung on 20 minutes left for almost 10 hours until I this morning simply pulled out the cable and restarted. It booted fine and I did then reconnect. It was now updated.
I am reacting against the way and the time it took to do this update.
First it fails twice and then it hangs for too many hours.
What is wrong here?
