Cannot add my new 1040 to Garmin Express. Neither any of the other devices I have, like the FR945. Always shows servers unavailable.

A new fresh installation of Garmin Express as follows:

I received my Edge 1040 some days ago. I have also 3 watches, the FR 945 between them, which was added before. There's no option to log in to Garmin Express. For every device I try to add I receive SERVERS UNAVAILABLE message. What's going on?

Windows 10 Pro, patched. 

Original cables for each device. The device is found, but cannot be added because of that error.
