Software update 16.13 language and sensor issues

Last week i got the notification on my new edge 1040 that there was a new update available. As I installed the new update I noticed I couldn’t pick my own language (dutch) but only English.
i also noticed that my power sensor data didn’t seem to be correct. Is there any way i can go back to the older software?

If possible try to copy the dutch language file from another Edge 1040 to your 1040, the different languages are 
in the folder "Garmin\Teks", the Dutch file is called "Dutch.In4"

A friend of mine had the same problem, the proposed solution via Garmin Express does not work 
at all because Edge 1040 is not supported for adding language files. 
I copied the dutch.ln4 file from my Garmin Edge 1040 to his 1040 and everything was solved, 
my friend's 1040 is now back in Dutch.
