Edge 1040 Touchscreen not Working

Hi,

after update to 16.11 my Garmin Edge 1040 touchscreen stops working. i have to Hard Power it down several times. Then it worked again until a couple of minutes ant the i have to hard power it down gain several times.

Is there an Know Bug or Solution for this issue?

Yes, 16.12 is Beta, behause the issue Starts with 16.11 and i Updates to 16.12 as an Texas to fix it

Today i Installed 16.13 which was released today, and it is an official release and not Beat or what ever. Issue still exist ...
