Edge crashes while navigating after update to 16.11

Since the update to firmware 16.11 my Edge 1040 (non solar) crashes when I'm navigating.
One week ago I did a 115 km ride ride, halfway the Edge crashed, restarted and worked fine for the rest of the time.
This seemed like an incident. It dit not happen in the 3 rides (without navigation) after that one.

Today I tried to navigate back to start along the same route. It was only 28 km but in the first 5 km the Edge had crashed and restarted 3 times.
I stopped navigating and rode the remaining kilometers without navigation and the were no crashes.

Does anyone else have a crashing Edge 1040 while navigating?

Ma anche oggi il mio 1040, navigando un traccia in fuori strada si è perso... Negli ultimi 5km, quando siamo tornati in prossimità delle strade asfaltate, il cursore si è bloccato in un punto della mappa e non si è più spostato. La funzione "Tieni su Strada" è off. La cosa strana, è che quando ho scaricato la traccia dell'uscita (vedi foto), la traccia è correttamente registrata con il percorso che ho fatto. Vuol dire che il problema è in fase di navigazione e refresh della mappa

I just bought my 1040, the firmware version is 16.13. Same thing happened. 25 kms ride, crashed 4 times during navigation when I gone off the course and hit reroute. Driving me crazy.
