Campagnolo EPS - do you display your gear status?

I just got a new bike last Friday, and it has Campagnolo EPS components.  When I added it as a Sensor, the Edge 1040 offered me a data screen for shifting status.  I specified six data fields, and it all seems to work.  The screen shows battery status, and the gears I'm using in several combinations - gear ratio, actual gears (like 34-19), which chain ring I'm in, 1 / 2, which gear I'm in on the cassette, 5 / 12, a graph of the cassette highlighting the current gear. etc.

Since the battery is supposed to last a some thousands of kilometers, and there's a button to make battery status display on the handlebar end, does anyone use the battery status on the Edge screen?  Is there any utility to having a display other than the gears in use?  Should I bother with a separate data screen, or just add a data field to an existing screen?

I believe the EPS display must be similar or identical to what's available for Di2 and AXS.  (Is this true?)  What do you display for electronic shifting?
