Same. Middle back pocket. Depending on conditions (rain, sweat...), I might put it in a waterproof bag first.
Right back pocket in a 4x6 plastic bag with ID and CC.
Right back pocket, with a MagSafe wallet. iPhone is practically waterproof and I have AppleCare so never bothered with a plastic bag.
