HRV Recording / Upload to Garmin Connect has stopped

The HRV recording was working and uploading perfectly to Garmin Connect - see activity from 1 week ago while using 1040 15.24

On yesterday's ride (Sat 21) - there is no HRV data - for the health analysis but there is data in the activity with bpm/ respiration rate -

I have uploaded the data using wifi (not connected to the phone) -

Any thoughts why no HRV in health/Garmin Connect is avaliasse anymore? Please let me know if the .fit file is needed to further analysis.
