Dumbest guy on the planet here. I entered all the needed info for a workout plan for cycling goal of a century ride in the spring. I get a list of work outs in Garmin connect app and they are on the Garmin 1040 as well. All good. But my question is about the workout zones. See the screen shot of my zone 2 aerobic ride for today. Do I ride in heart rate zone 2 or in power zone 2? Then for Saturday it is specific to power zone, the second screen shot. That Saturday workout is very clear. But the aerobic ride for today does not specify whether to do the work out in power 2 or HR zone 2. Can anyone suggest which it is supposed to be? Thank you
