Only English is available since the update 15.23

Does anyone know how I can get the languages back? I only have English since the last update and I would like to have French.

You may need to use Garmin Express to install the language files

I would like to have information on how to do this, because I have done all the menus of the macOS and windows app and I did not find how to do it. I also reset the garmin and I still have no language

Go to the device in Garmin Express

Select Tools and Content -> Utilities -> Optional Updates -> Language files
