I got my Edge 1040 Solar today and installed the auto pushed firmware 15.23, but after connect to all my existing sensors. I found many of them didn't work properly with the 1040, but they works well with my 1030 plus, this includes:
- ebikemotion x35 system, when connect to 1040, only power assistant modes and the odometer shows correctly, but you cannot control assistant level through the plus and minus buttons on the data screen. the battery voltage shows 16424.00V while charge cycles shows 65561, these are all wrong. All this information shows correctly on my Edge 1030 plus.
- Garmin Radar Varia RTL515, when Edge 1040 connect to it, the radar work fine, but the light network keep dropping off, the warning window keep popping up at the bottom. I also can't control the light on/off, light mode through my Di2 buttons. All these work fine on my 1030 plus as well.
Is there a way for me to reverse back to the old firmware, so I can know if this is the 1040 hardware compatible issue or just the 15.23 firmware bugs.
