My Garmin Express opens minimized.

How do I get it to open with the app showing on the monitor?

On a Mac It's in the "menu bar" as an Icon and runs in the background once launched. Just clock that Icon to open the window.

It pops up automtically when you connect device to the pc, otherwise it's minimized in tray and running in background.

Thanks to both of you for your replies. Looks like Garmin envisions that users will run Express all the time. I only start it when I think there is, or might be, a software or map update. I've been living with it the way its designed for years, so I guess I will just continue to do so.
