Physio True not working (edge 1040 - Epix2)

Hello,

I have the Edge 1040 and the EPIX2 and apparently the Physio true is not working between devices and not even in the GC app on my iPhone.

Its ON on both devices

any ideas?

One more thing, why the edge is dropping the connection so often with the phone?

Try turning off true up on both. Sync twice at least on both and turn trueup on again. Sync again.

I know it seems silly but at least you'll get those activities synced.

Anyway I doubt you'll get both…

I have turned off-on on both devices and now I'm getting the calories as "additional" but there is a bug saying 0 activities

I've posted the bug in the beta forum everytime a new version is released.

No solution till now(at least for me)

Anyway I doubt you'll get both devices synced with same acute load and training focus.

This solution worked once for me, but the devices have now stopped getting activities from each other yet again. I tried disabling the setting on both, syncing twice and enabling it again, then re-syncing and they're not getting each other's activities or training status. Bummer.
