Route extends beyond the range of the Ebike

Hi Guys

I have a problem with message "This route extends beyond the range of the eBike battery level"

This message pops up no matter what the route distance is. It is coming even when distance is 20 km and battery 100%. The problem is for me, that when I ride, I need to acknowledge the test to disappear.

I found the way how to disable it in my language text, but than it is coming in English and I do not know where is folder for English texts. There is no English in the folder, where all other languages texts are.

Can you help me please how to disable this stupid message?

Or is there any possibility to set up eBike range. Thanx

This is a known bug since introduction of Ebike range functionality. And I agree it is a disaster.

Has been reported 3 or 4 times in different threads.

Is reported in the beta forums as a bug since firmware version 14.19

Are you experiencing this only when you have an eBike connected to the Edge? Are you experiencing this message only on the eBike profile while navigating?

I have this message when I'm connecting to the eBike profile and navigating. If the navigation is not active, than no message is comming.

Yes, only when navigating.

The problem is not the message. The problem is that this message does not show up once, but several times right after another when starting a course. Then, when you have been off-course and the course is found again, the process repeats: again several of these messages, that you have to confirm.

One message at the start is OK. Even when it is a false alarm. But one is more than enough.

Exactly. I wanted to disable the mesaage, what was possible to do in text folder in current language. The problem is, that default english text is not there and when I disable in my case Czech language, English text is comming instead. Does anybody know, where is English text located in garmin drive?
