Garmin Edge 1040 APAC does not upload Korean(Hangul) file names.

Hello.

No problem with devices like 1030 APAC, 830 APAC, 530 APAC.

This is a problem that occurs when the Korean file name has a TCX extension.

I contacted Garmin Korea, and I got a reply saying to use Garmin Connect.

This doesn't help with troubleshooting.

Please fix it in the following Edge 1040 APAC firmware.

This is a problem when uploading to the "New Files" folder.

Uploading GPX files with Korean filenames is no problem.

Only uploading TCX files with Korean names causes problems.
