Why my Training Status not updated after external workout?

On my 1030 Garmin Training Status was updated post workouts done in Trainer Road (I'm referring to feature described here https://www.dcrainmaker.com/2021/06/garmin-training-status-now-includes-zwift-trainerroad-the-sufferfest-and-tacx-app-workouts.html)

But on 1040 no luck Any thoughts?

Does the workout appear on the Edge? In the protocol?

For me this is working as expected

Yes, the workout is in Garmin Connect. But then the loop is not closed - the workout is not evaluated to assess impact to Training Status. Hence the status is Unproductive or Maintaining or Recovery (as these days I workout outside only occasionally).
