I've just noticed my default power zones are really weird and shifted up by 1.
It's like that regardless if I choose 7 or 9 zones.
And what is this minimal value ? Zone 0 ?
It's only me or everybody have this default settings ?
And if I take Garmin blog as a reference, we have :
- Zone 1: Active recovery < 55% of FTP.
- Zone 2: Endurance 56–75% of FTP.
- Zone 3: Tempo 76–90% of FTP.
- Zone 4: Lactate Threshold 95–105% FTP.
- Zone 5: VO2 Max 106–120% FTP.
- Zone 6: Anaerobic Capacity 121–150% FTP.
- Zone 7: Neuromuscular Power or Sprint > 150% FTP.
