rest time - bug

Yesterday I returned from training and my 1040 showed me a Rest Time of 57.6h. This morning after about 20h it shows me a rest time of 0h. The recommended daily training is "rest day".

Do you use garmin watch ? If so it takes to calculations for rest time a sleep record and body battery data from watch.

I have a vívoactive 4 but today I slept briefly, 6h and in the morning my BodyBattery was low - 61. In the Garmin 530 the rest time did not change during and I also had a Garmin watch then.
