Need a mount system for garmin 1040 to change angle without opening

Hi

I'm new to garmin, and I still didn't buy it. I want to buy 1040, however, I have a question about the mounting. Is there any mounting system that lets me to change the angle without opening it?

    On all my Garmin mounts (OEM or other) I adjust the tightness of the mounting screws to allow the mount to rotate on the bars should it get hit (crash, bump, etc) rather than break the Garmin or mount.  This also allows me to adjust the tilt while riding.  Of course this only works for mounts that clamp around the bar.  There are those that attach to stem face plate bolts or by other means that won't permit this.
