Max Heart Rate Alerts Post Ride - Random Number Generator?

Why am I getting a Max Heart Rate alert when I finish a ride on the 1040 but then it is not reflected in Connect or on the device in the ride history? ie. Today I got an alert when I finished my ride, "New Max HR of 187", yet when I look at the actual ride on the device the Max HR it was 154 which is reflected in connect. Why is the 1040 a random number generator for Max HR?

i noticed similar behavior recently, after last ride Garmin informed me that MAX HR raised to 194 nevertheless max hr of mentioned ride wad 156.

hmmmm, same thing as beta from Fenix 6,

in my case today I had 174 bpm max , and I sow that max hr is 181, its posible maybe , who knows
