Really?
Looks like your FTP is arround 250 Watt or so, but this are all out Sprints, my FTP is only arround 200 Watt (so it's clear my Sprint Intervals are lower in the suggested Sprint workouts) but i can reach easily 800 Watt till 1000 Watt for 10sec
Or is your FTP wrong?
My FTP is 285 and I'm able to push around 1100W at max. The problem is the very high number of repeats with only short breaks.
hmmm :) what Power meter do you have
I have 3XX w ftp and I hit 1200 w max , and 1000 w more than 10 sec
Still I cannot hit that easy 800-1000w
But did not try to hit 10 sec that many times, I will try to do and check if i can do it
I have two bikes with two different power meters. One with Assioma Duo Pedals. The other one with Sram AXS Quarq Spider. It not easy to hit the targets exactly. I tried several other daily workouts without problems - but this one is too hard, because of the reps.
that looks like we have different Strengths and weaknesses, my strenghts are on 5sec, 1min, 5min power and my weakness is more on 20min power, so i am not sure if Garmin checks this in the background, there is a new function on Edge 1040, where Garmin tells you what rider type you are.
Mean Sprinter, Allrounder, Puncheur, Climber and so on!
On Trainerroad i have done a lot of workouts like that, but never had probs with them, but i have probs with longer over/under workouts
Try to do 19 x 10s-sprints with only 20s recovery in between.
no probs for me, but i am more a Sprinter Type!
Ok. You could send me a link to your recording after you did it ;)
This is VO2Max not Sprint. Would be around 320-350W in my case. This is a different thing.
