Petition: Music Widget add remote control with di2 buttoms

Yes !!  I have been asking for this same feature as well.  Please do it Garmin !!

Yes, please add this. Just recently got a Di2 bike and was surprized by how few of the Edges (1040) features the Di2 buttons are configurable to control.

If there is an API to create custom actions for the Di2 buttons I could look into doing something with that if someone could point me to some docs.

I thought I was the only one who wants this.  +1000 please;  please add this feature!

Really? Garmin has been unable to add the ability to program the stupid "LAP" button on the Garmin Edge Remote for several years. It's like we're all driving around the track in circles and need to brand our laps.

Me to. Bought edge 1040 because of music control. But the tiny Buttons on garmin display are dangerous while riding... 

Yes, wrote this to garmin a long time ago. Skip Songs, volume, play/pause. Would be very nice, if there where some new functions to the di2-buttons

Finally i have a workaround :D

Instead of controlling the garmin with d-fly channels, you can control your phone direcly.

Use the app GPSLogger II from playstore. It has DI2 support.

Once your bike is connected, you can configure the d-fly channles. Volume up down, Next Media, answer phone  etc :D 

Works great with my Galaxy S10.

(Had no permission while scanning. Installed a older version of the app and this works perfect.)

It is very very interesting . How can I do it on Iphone ? Is there other app with this functionality for Iphone ?

Sorry, don't know. I'm on android for serval year now. 

But it took me about 3 month to find the one for android ^^
