    Bougt a New powermeter when i add this powermeter i got 2 choices  bluetooth and ant+. her and both work. My P3 still the same keeper dropping and got only one choice and can only use ant+. But P3 works perfectly on my old garmin 1000.

    So it's garmins fault not 4iii

    1. I think that Assioma manual also recommends this.

    Either protocol is fine to pair with, but there are some differences. Mainly, ANT+ should provide you some additional metrics from your pedals, whereas Bluetooth will transmit less information, but will still pair and function as a power meter.     I have a 4iii like manybothers with 1040 solar and 4iii work with garmin 1000 and not 1040.

    Because you have change the freqenze from 120-140 4iii is workimg on 119.

    Its keeper dropping out every second. What will you do about that?

    Buying a computer for 10 grand and it dosent work is f anoying.

    Your original post was about a different model of power meter, and I did not see a mention of the 4iii brand in this thread, so I apologize for the confusion. 

    We are investigating the reports of with problems connecting the 1040 with 4iiii Power Meters. I do not have an exact solution or timeline to offer at this moment, but we are actively looking into these reports. I can confirm that this has already been escalated.

    Dude, can you be less bulling?

    Buy a decent Power meter and you will not have any problem

    Have more respect and don't aspect that Garmin or someone else will stand up and solve your problem when you shout

    Do you mean 4iii isn't a decent power meter?

    Or are you bulling 4iii when it's a garmin problem.

    4iii works on garmin 1000 but not 1040. So 1000 it's better then 1040?

    When I use 10 grand on a new computer and my 2 power meters works on my old one I aspect the that it will work on my new one.

    So *** please. I earned my money and bougt garmin so they should fix it! Or it's easy they can take my new computer back. But the shop don't!

    So I used 10 grand on worthless Pease off ***. Could lettere just flushed them down the toilet.

    And Garmin has known off this problem for over a month and Don nothing. Easy to make money if you just care about ripping off people.

    And i wasent bulling Either. I speak out. But not commenting more frome you DUDE. Go pick on some other dude who let you be bullying

    Firstly, I am thinking that English may not be your native language so maybe that could account for some of the abruptness in your posts but really, not all of it.

    The 1040 was released 6 weeks ago and issues with the Piii where brought up in these forums 4 weeks ago. Did you not do any research? Did you not check the compatibility of your equipment with the new device you were purchasing? Surely if you are going to spend "10 grand" you would have done the bare minimum due diligence so I think this is a you issue.

    Certainly, any reputable retailer would accept the return of the device after such a short time and you should go back to your older model that works. Alternatively, flush it down the toilet it makes no difference to most of the folks reading your unhelpful comments. You could always be respectful and patience and Garmin will probably fix it as they have suggested.
