Built-in Glance

I moved from an 830 to 1040 and noticed in Garmin Express there are a ton of features under "Built-in glance" that are available but not installed.

Should these all be installed by default on the 1040, or are these just items that came on the 830 that I really shouldn't need, due to other parts of the 1040 replacing them?

INSTALLED by default: Navigation, Training, History, Notifications, Weather

NOT INSTALLED by default: Cycling Ability, Training Status, Power, VO2 MAX, Training Load, Load Focus, Recovery Time, Location Search, Sunrise/Sunset

If I add them, they don't seem to take up the available IQ slots on the device, so I was wondering if most people have them all enabled, and I don't, due to some type of Edge 830 sync.

My concern - I don't want to install things that don't belong that will confuse things later - for example, the "Recover Time" glance is not installed, but I know the device has been given me recover times after my rides.   On the other hand, I see no option to "delete" these glances, so I have to assume they are specific to the 1040 and thus should be installed.
