Set odometer miles on new Edge 1040 Solar from old Edge 1000 odometer miles

I would like to do that too for one of my profiles. There is a totals.fit file in the totals directory, but I have to find a fit editor that can change it. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks but this is for Windows and Microft Access users only. I use a M1 Mac so it won't do me any good.

However, every time I edit a new totals.fit file with the revised odometers, the 1040 just overwrites it back to what it had. I have tried putting the edited file directly into the totals directory. I have also tried removing it and putting the edited file in the New Files folder. No matter what I do, it just reverts to what I had before the edits.

Is there something else I need to do to get the 1040 to recognize the new totals.fit file?
