When running Xert Player Connect IQ app, Start/Stop button action triggers Activity Profile and the app stops running

When running the Xert Player CIQ app, the Start/Stop button triggered the Activity Profile to start an activity and the CIQ app is terminated at the same time unexpectedly. Below is the screenshot right after pressing the Start/Stop button. How to report this problem to Garmin?
