1040 Solar crashes after 12.15 fw Update

I just updated my 1040 Solar firmware to latest version 12.15 - now the device is unusable. It starts, but the does not react to any input, it just stays with the start screen.

several hard power off / power on again did not help. Any advice?

I just updated my 1040 Solar also to firmware 12.15 - and it crashed immediately and I tried to uptade to 12.16 beta now, but it is impossible, because device will crash immediately after switch on.

Ultimately, I did a reset to factory and started all over configuring. Since then it runs (very unstable though, crashes a lot)

I got new device from Garmin , it worked about 3 month with 2-3 freezings after activity but yesterday I switched it on and it crashed again and no any possibilities to start. how its possible to reset to factory settings if not possible to use edge menu from display?
