Tweak request: make it easier to end navigation and end power guide rides

The user should not have to dig through multiple menu structures to end navigation or power guide workouts. Its too fussy and it isn't safe to be paying this much attention to the bike computer.

What do you mean dig through multiple menus? Set your widgets up right, and it's a matter of swiping down, and then swiping left/right once and then tapping an option to stop the route. It takes 3 seconds. Sure, it’s not a big red “X” like on the 1030, but with minor adaptation it is easily accessed and employed.

I think that you canpause the route, not sure of the outcome, but how often do you end navigation for a route?

Personally, I rarely “end” navigation. I did today while following a route that would fill-in more of my Wandrer.earth map, because I needed to get to the bike shop before they closed. Normally, I just go off route for whatever reason and a pause is helpful, especially with the auto route find that is built in for when you rejoin the route.

Sometimes it is like there are multiple developers working in the same area but without any overall plan, they remove the big red x , I assume to reduce map screen clutter but then they display the hand, plus, minus symbols permanently?

You just described multiple menus. When I’m riding I don’t want to do any of that when an end route/end power guide option woild do the task much better.

I don’t recommend gui changes if they only affect me; I suggest them to make things better.
