Courses not appearing on Edge 1040 Solar

Hey all - my new Solar's all set up (I think), but I can't get my courses to sync from Strava or RWGPS. I've tried unstarring and starring on Strava, which seems to have worked for others - no joy. Even tried unchecking Courses data sharing for Strava on Garmin Connect.

Really appreciate any thoughts on how to sort.

Thanks all for the speedy replies. Used a lengthy conference call wisely and have now done the manual stuff on GC.

I do hope that Garmin are monitoring customer feedback - this is a frustrating development…

I had to send them one by one in garmin connect. It was annoying but done now.

My feeling is that either is by design , either is a bug

Mostly you need to go one by one and send them to 1040 from GC

I found that existing courses, even if stared & unstared, will not be sent to GC ... but if a new course is created and stared it will be sent.

At least that's with Strava ... I haven't tried with RWGPS yet.

I do hope that Garmin are monitoring customer feedback - this is a frustrating development that's a disappointing deterioration of the customer experience, especially given the cost of these new units.
