SRM PM connection unstable.

I have SRM Powermeter that works fine with a 1030+ But on the 1040 the PM lose every 15min the connection and reconnect.
FW 12.11
No CIQ Datafield installed.
Has anyone a same issue?

What model of SRM do you have. I have an older SRM science and it broadcasts outside of the spectrum it should. It works ok with the1030+, but not so well with the 1040. The 1040 ANT chip is stricter in requiring sensors to operate within their required spectrum.

It is a PM7 from 2014 with actual FW.

It could be that you have the same issue. It is difficult to tell unless you have access to a spectrum analyzer, which most people will not.

Let me think if there is a way of telling.

Could it be that that is a problem with high temperatur. I reconized that I haven't the problem during a ride below 30 Grad.

The first thing to do would be to collect the ANT data that is being sent from the power meter. If you would be willing to do that I give you instructions on how to do that

Does anyone knows if this behavior is fixed with the actual firmware of the 1040. I not use this PM since last august..
