Freezing by map viewing

Just receive my new 1040 and updated to v12.15 and have the same issue, the device is unusable, when I open map it always freeze after few second and I have to restart the device,

What map zoom level are you using?

If I tap minus sign on default map view 3 times it freezes every time. From the loaded route if I tap to show the route it freezes instantly without showing the map.

In Garmin Express I see Map: Routable Cycle map of Europe 2021.20, I am trying to view my current location which is Slovakia. I was trying to install updates in Garmin Express but it fails every time

The screen freezes when using maps of Europe. I can send a video of how it's done. On the last Sunday, during the ride at the course, the freezing occurred several times. Currently, it does occur from time to time. However, this is frustrating and unacceptable !!!

Yes same issue here, map freezes after zooming :( version 12.15, only reset helps please help... i have upgraded from g1030 but i am sooo dissapointed :(

Same issue, I saw freezings using

1. Map youtube
2. Stop button during training youtube
3. Save training button youtube (saving failed)

(all videos are unlisted)

New garmin, software updated, profiles transferred, + 2 topo maps, then hard reset
