unstarring and restarting to sync

in Strava I'm unstarring a old route and restarting it to have it sync doesn't seem to be working. Brand new route starred sync's no problem from Strava.

thanks any help would be appreciated

side note I was using 530 before and the routes where all sync to that unit.

    That should work. If you have the 530 you can side load them to the 1040.

    Just copy the contents of the 530 Garmin\Courses folder to the 1040 Garmin\NewFiles folder.

    Alternatively you can use Garmin Connect or Garmin Connect Mobile to push a course to the Edge.
