1030 plus wont accept any resets, takes ages to boot up, shows heaps of HR sensors with no s/n and more

I turned on my 1030 last weekend after about 2 months of being turned off. and its doing alot of funky things.

First, it takes ages. It sits at the load up page with battery and GARMIN for way too long.

then, when its on, it shows the hint about swiping down to access the widget thing. Everytime I boot the thing.

The backlilght is set to 0. I change it to auto, all good. Until its rebooted then goes back to 0.

I looked at my ride history, there are a bunch of rides at random times (like 1am in the morning on various dates) with 0km. I try to delete them then the screen goes weird with a bunch of ?? instead of ride names.

I look at my sensors, it has none connected except a bunch of HR symbols with the crosses and no s/n. I can't see my regular sensors even though, on the top toolbar on the main page, i can see the cadence, HR, power etc where it should be (although they're not connected).

I tried the system/reset to clear history etc, and it does it. But reoobts and we're in the same loop of the widget reminder tip thing. All the rides are still there too so nothing is removed.

plugged into computer, deleted the rides, anything in activities, all courses, all new files (there were some random things in there).

Rebooted and back to the same loop, rides are still there too, no sensors except heaps of unknown HR ones. Check the folders via the PC, the files are not deleted, they're still there.

Anyone have any ideas? Nothing seems to be working. There are no software updates, I did update maps but nothing changed.
