how to move a workout form Edge 1030 Plus to Garmin Connect

Hello all,  

I made a workout on my EDGE 1030 Plus.  

How does one download or upload or copy or move or…. this workout from the EDGE 1030 Plus to one's Garmin Connect account to the "Training & Planning” — “Workouts” section for easier editing?
