touchscreen edge 1030 not responsive

I have an edge 1030 that was working well in several years, dayly use.

Since 2 weeks the screen is not responding to touch.  If i make a rest - boot up - with power button - then sometimes the touchscreen works. But not everytime.

i made:

- reset to factory settings

- opened the edge 1030 and disconnected the plug from dsplay - an put in again

- but the issue is the same:

most of the time the display is not responsive.  Some times after power on - all works fine.

What to do?

    I have been having the same issue for the last few weeks. Some of the features, like the navigation button, are unresponsive.

    I noticed that the touch screen works perfectly fine without connecting with sensors. 

    I also noticed it works fine after connecting with heart rate sensors. However, the touch screen does not respond properly after connecting with the speed sensor.

    Thanks for the answer. I have cadence sensor connected usually. So i delet it - because it is not important for me.

    My Garmin Edge 1030 touchscreen woks somtimes after reset  (holding the power button for long time)

    But works not always.
    Now i have deleted the cadence sensor - i will report if this helps.
