I have not found a way to do this. I set up my gravel bike with two wheelsets (road, gravel) and set up two different profiles for the bike(Garmin 1040). The cassettes are different on the wheelsets as you would expect, but when I enter the teeth on each cog, it ends the same up in both profiles.
