I have a Trek Domane + with Shimano Di2 shifters and use an Edge 1040 Solar. Every component has the latest firmware from Shimano and from Garmin. Every time I startup I get the annoying question on whether I want to configure the Di2 buttons. If I say yes the Edge displays a 4 unknown channes screen. If I ignore the prompt everything works just fine. So in a way it doesn't affect the usage of the bike but it is ridiculously frustrating. Anyone has a solution ?? It can't be a battery problem because the Shimano group is powered by the main battery of my Domane + and all the Shimano components are reporting full battery charge in the Shimano app. I also verified all the Shimano optical cables. So I am at a total loss for why this is other than a firmware bug. Thanks
