1030 plus and heart rate monitor fail

Last week my Livlov chest strap worked fine with my Edge 1030 plus and has done for a few years.  Last battery change around 6 months ag.

I done an update around 2 weeks back on the Edge and the last ride shows a pulse in the setting menu but will not show stats in the ride menus.

I changed the battery de paired and repaired but it wont actually connect and show heart rate???  Just about to go riding again :(

    Update - still does not work.  I can pair my Fenix 7 to edge and that works.

    I removed the sensor and then repaired the HRM but it will not show my heat rate in the windows

    Oddly i noticed it dropped my iphone, it could see it but could not pair, yet my iphone claimed to be connected.  I had to remove it from garmin app and repair it, so i have that working ago.

    But the HRM no joy...I'm guessing Garmin may have done an update and dropped LivLov from their upgrade :(

    Is it connected by Bluetooth or Ant? Ant normally works better.

    ANT, but more important its been working for a year or two, until this update...so guessing a Garmin update fault

    You may have to do a total reset. I had to do that when I had a communication problem and the reset fixed it.
